Intelligence requirement

For counsel enforcing a court judgment: map assets, corporate interests and financial relationships that are publicly discoverable, and flag transfers made after the claim was filed.

Lawful purpose recorded in the case gate: Litigation support or asset tracing by or for counsel (legal_support).

Scope and exclusions

In scope

  • Real property in public land registries searched
  • Shareholdings and directorships, including through holding companies
  • Registered vehicles, vessels and aircraft where registers are public
  • Transfers of interests visible in public filings
  • Publicly attributed crypto wallets, where a public record ties them to the subject

Not included

  • Non-public records, bank or account data, and anything behind a login we do not lawfully hold
  • Leaked credentials or breach contents: only the fact that an exposure was reported is recorded
  • Locating or contacting any person, pretexting or covert approaches
  • Health, religion, sexual life, ethnic origin or other protected traits
  • Bank balances and account details: these are not public and are not sought
  • Any claim to have found all assets: the report covers what public records show

Executive intelligence assessment

Two properties and three company interests are attributed to the subject. One property and one shareholding moved to a newly formed company four weeks after the claim was filed. That timing is a matter for counsel.

Key findings

  • Registered owner of a residential property since 2016.

    FactConfidence: ConfirmedEvidence: E-F-0002, E-F-0003

  • Lismoor Vantage Ltd was incorporated three weeks before the transfer; its sole director is the subject's business partner.

    FactConfidence: HighEvidence: E-F-0003, E-F-0004

  • The transfers moved assets out of the subject's name after the claim was filed.

    AssessmentConfidence: MediumEvidence: E-F-0002, E-F-0005

  • A wallet address published on the subject's former company website received payments for consulting invoices. Its current holder is unknown.

    HypothesisConfidence: LowEvidence: E-F-0006

Contradictions and alternative hypotheses

  • The transfer settled a debt owed to the business partner that predates the claim.

Open. No public record shows such a debt; counsel can seek disclosure.

Intelligence gaps

  • Assets held through nominees or in jurisdictions without public registers.
  • Who controls the published wallet today.

Analyst assessment

The asset picture supports an application to freeze the transferred property. The wallet is a lead, not an asset finding.

Reviewer sign-off: a real report cannot be sent until it passes the QA rules and a second person, not the analyst, signs it off. Both names and the sign-off time go on the cover. This sample carries none.

Grade is the Admiralty code, set by rule: reliability A to F from the source class, credibility 1 to 6 from how many other independent sources support the same claim. Hashes in this sample are illustrative. In a real report each is the SHA-256 of the stored capture. How grading works
